हामीले सुसमाचार सुनाउनु पर्ने कारणहरु

The Definition of Evangelism

Evangelism is the announcement, proclamation, and preaching of the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), the good news of and about Jesus Christ. Therefore, the gospel is a communicated message—communicated in verbal (Luke 7:22; Romans 10:14-17) and/or written (Luke 1:1-4) form. The English word “evangelism” comes from the Greek word ευαγγελίου. Most literally translated in the noun form, euaggelion means: “gospel” or “good news.” In the verb form (euaggelizesthai), the meaning of the word changes slightly to “announce” or “bring good news.” The Greek word in its various forms appears fifty-five times in the New Testament. In addition to the before-mentioned translations, the Greek word is also translated as “preach.” Evangelism, the communication of the gospel message, includes a warning, an explanation, and a call. Evangelism includes warning people about sin and the consequences of sin (John 16:8; Acts 24:25; Revelation 20:11-15). It includes an explanation of God’s remedy for sin—the gospel (Acts 8:29-35; Romans 3:21-26; 2 Corinthians 5:21). And it includes the clear call to repent (to turn from sin and to turn toward God) and believe the gospel, by faith (Mark 1:15; Luke 13:1-5; Acts 17:29-31; Romans 1:17; Romans 10:9-13). 

हामीले सुसमाचार सुनाउनु पर्ने कारणहरु

हामी बिस्वाशी भए पछि चाहिं सुसमाचार सुनाउनु पर्ने कारण चाहिं किन होला त भन्ने कुरा तलको बुँदाहरुमा हेर्नेछौ। 

• "येशूले हामीलाई बोलाउनु भएको चाहिँ आत्माहरू जित्न र चेला बनाउनु हो।"

एक जना प्रभुका छोराले भन्नु हुन्छ, 

"Don’t turn your Christianity into Church-ianity where you get so deep in the church that you forget the purpose for being a Christian."

• येशूले भन्नुभयो, “मेरो पछि लाग, र म तिमीहरूलाई मानिसहरूका मछुवा तुल्याउनेछु।” (मत्ती 4:19)

साँच्चै येशूलाई पछ्याउनु चाहिँ हाम्रो जीवनको मुख्य लक्ष्य हुनु पर्छ। इनाम यो हो कि उहाँले हामीलाई बनाउनुहुन्छ, हामीलाई परिवर्तन गर्नुहुन्छ। अन्तिम उत्पादन भनेको हामी केवल देशको उत्कृष्ट नागरिक बन्ने होइन तर मरिरहेका आत्मा जित्ने पनि बनौं। यदि हामी पापमा मरिरहेका   मानिसहरुको आत्मा जितिरहेका छैनौं भने, हामीले साँच्चै येशु ख्रीष्टलाई पछ्याई रहेका हुँदैनौ। येशु ख्रीष्टलाई विश्वास गर्नु र उहाँको आज्ञापालन गर्नु दुई फरक कुरा हुन्।

• "येशू ख्रीष्ट हराएकोहरुलाई बचाउन आउनुभयो।" (लुका १९:१०) 
• येशूको साँचो अनुयायी (येशु ख्रिस्टलाई पछ्याउने/बिस्वाश गर्ने) चाहिँ "मानिसहरूको मछुवा" हुनेछ किनभने उसले आफ्नो मालिक येशूको नक्कल (अनुसरण) गर्नेछ जसको हृदयले हराएको र आत्माहरूको लागि तृषित हुन्छ।

त्यसैले, उनी (येशु ख्रीष्ट) हराएकाहरूलाई खोज्न र बचाउन आएका थिए।" हामी या त मिसनरी हौं वा एक मिसनरी क्षेत्र। यदि हामी हराएकोमा पुग्न सकेनौं भने, हामीले यसलाई गुमाउन सक्छौ। यो हामीले अन्य भाषामा कति छिटो बोल्छौं वा हामी संग कति ओटा डिग्री हाँसिल गरेका छौं भन्ने फरक पर्दैन। "येशूले हामीलाई बोलाउनु भएको चाहिँ आत्माहरू जित्न र चेला बनाउनु हो।"
